7th limb: Dhyana, meditation

This week we will be working with the 7th limb - Dhyana meaning meditation; a continuous flow of attention directed towards the same point or region.

In meditation chronological and psychological time comes to a standstill as the mind observes its own behaviour.

Human afflictions can dissolve from karmic deposits.

We will use the previous limbs to help us get into meditation.


Pranayama is one of them which is a valuable key to get us on our way and shift the mental afflictions in the way.


It is powerful and translates as; victorious because how much it will release; physically, emotionally and mentally.
