Using the yama (an ethical discipline); “ahimsa” meaning non-harming.


The absence of the violent nature in our personality. Being aware of how there can be a totally non- reactionary state within us.

This transforms the personality into a bright peaceful one, and the effect will follow onto others around them to follow suit.
