An effortless practice comes from meditation

When practicing with a strong focus in dharana (concentration) it then becomes an effortless practice of dhyana (meditation).


Just as we bring the same strength of focus into everything we do, it becomes effortless.


Not on the fruits of action but focusing on the action itself is the importance which brings about detachment of mind/body; an effortlessness and freedom arrives.
