There are 8 limbs towards the end goal of yoga. After the yamas and niyamas there is ASANA.
When there is a steadiness and lightness of body and mind the prana (life force) is moved and stagnation removed.
It is the stagnation we need to be careful of and not to allow it to manifest like a muddy pool of pond water.
We will use some simple tools to differentiate between breath and prana and see how we can move this stagnation on.
The asanas bring a beneficial level of higher wisdom to evolve consciousness from lowest to highest state.
