We need to manage and overcome the dullness in body, turmoil in mind and to settle ourselves back into a balanced state of body/mind to meet the peace within.
In the practice of yoga; unease and disease can be released and also prevented.
Our body is a blessing to be looked after and our minds’ are to be understood and the Spiritual Being within to be realised to gain a happy momentum.
We will use the teaching of how the importance of pranayama and asana is to control the body and mind to bring them into balance to help with the inner meeting of the constant calm and wellbeing.
