Starting a new series of classes based on the teaching theme of BALANCE.
Health and well being of our WHOLE BEING; depends on balance within.
We will use the concept of being a mountain, in the way it is deep rooted and still, aswell as a strong witness to the ever- changing outer form called “life.”
We will engage with the inner energy currents and get them to move in a balanced movement for body and mind.
We will be able to feel centred in our “inner mountain” of stability and watch thoughts without disturbance.
