Each week in class we build up with moves like these slowly with awareness on breath and mind to bring an inner opening to an end posture which is the last video.
We use props to help with postures and this week we will use a chair to lean back onto instead of the foot in the Camel Pose (- last video)
A teaching theme from the ancient philosophy helps us to undo patterns in our mind’s that restrict our openness.
This week we will be seeing our thoughts and discomforts and being at one with them rather than fighting against them to bring our thoughts, reasons and intelligence together to bring a content state in our body and mind.

~ through practice and detachment we will become more familiar with a “content ego self”known as sasmita, ready for the next stage towards enlightenment. Through practice we will become aware of thoughts, intelligence and reason to know the self in a quiet state like the surface of a lake without ripples. The intelligence is spread evenly within and around the body and it is in this state we become auspicious and there is a clear view of inner Self.
