Breaking out of restrictions

Following the path of yoga and realising the Self we master the senses mind and intellect.

There are so many side benefits which are too many to mention


This week we will work towards the pigeon pose; kapotasana which will help in realigning hips, knees ankles, bringing space and length along the spine including the neck.

Strengthens the back as well as flexibility.

Shoulders release,chest opens.

The breathing becomes easier and uniform.


Energy increases and mind becomes more open and free to realise we aren’t the thoughts and dialogue or have to put up with a body that’s restricted.
