Coming back into stillness

We can manage prana; the life force to run smoothly and correctly, not only for the nature of the physical body to  perform smoothly but to release the entanglement of the mind with the nature of body.


This week we will untangle the patterns of having to be somewhere, to do something in the future or remembering something from the past.


Releasing the pull of distraction, not with judgement but opening from the heart space in compassion and acceptance.


Bringing the nature of body and mind back into peace and stillness.


Experiencing that Reality underlying all distractions.
