Detaching in action

In yoga it is staple that we do asanas to unite to inner divine source that manifests and supports life.

It is important in how we do the asanas to undo the ahamkar; the “I maker” in mind.

Asanas are to help purify and strengthen the body, control the “I maker” which controls life force; prana, renouncing ego.

How do we not attach to doing and performing postures is by not aiming for the fruit of action; being detached whilst in action. Becoming a detached action with full focus of pranic movement in the middle of the body.

We can experience more alertness, a releasing, inner freedom, straightness in spine. A focus of being in a free space within undisturbed by the senses, patterns, memory.

Om Shanti
