Ekagrata Parinama

Working with the development and transition from bringing the mind from a scattered state to a one pointed attention where pain and samskaras (patterns) dwindle.

And then to a CONSTANT SUCCESSIVE state of the one pointedness; Ekagrata Parinama which takes effort in mind and takes time, however leaves a new samskara (impression) on the subconscious mind of not being bothered by mundane mind stuff.


This can further lead into complete absorption of mind where there is no more effort or time or mind; the seer is seeing itself for the sake of the seer
