In yoga philosophy the human framework is made up of 5 layers/dimension known as “koshas” in Sanskrit.
1-annamaya kosha , physical body.
2- manomaya kosha, mental body, includes senses, intellect, memory, ego sense. 3- pranamaya kosha, vital energy body, all pranic movements.
4- viyanamaya kosha, higher mind, wisdom body. 5- anandamaya kosha- body of bliss, deep subtle spiritual layer. In class we will experience how when we use awarensss which is attention of mind’s focus on the physical body how it can change and the awareness expands throughout the whole body.
By using the mind and it’s faculties rather than the mind rule us, we can reshape the body, mind and pranic forces allowing us to delve in deeper to experience the depeer subtle experience of our inner Being.
