We get caught up in random thinking and not realising that your consciousness is temporarily robbed through the senses.
This week we will realise we are the AWARENESS of the focussed concentration when observing an object.
Normally we get caught up in the object/ act with our attachment to it or aversion towards it and lose our consciousness to that.
We then relate ourselves to the object/act and lose ourselves with this identification.
Our continual practice; Sadhana is important as the ego has been formed by our self identification and belongs to us, no one else can claim it.
We work with real Self surrender, detaching what has been fed by senses to create the ego.
