This week in yoga we will be helping to bring health and balance to the spine.
Using the buddhi (intellect) to reflect and make a choice rather than reacting to the usual patterns from within that hinders our freedom
We will release from old patterns of thinking and move into an awareness of presence and a new destiny.
This brings a growing freedom from the inner heart leading towards unity.
Body and mind alike, craves freedom and so does the spine.
