How do we act? For reward?

Something to ponder on;

“ one who restrains from the sense of action, allowing the mind to dwell on sensual pleasure cannot be called a sincere spiritual aspirant” The Gita Chapter 3 v 6.


This week we will focus on not looking for rewards in a personal way but using asanas and pranayama, a shatkarma; cleansing practice and mantra meditation to move the mental afflictions held within the pranic body.


Being able to experience the self as consciousness without the ongoing thoughts and attachments to body, and material aspects.
