In yoga this week, we are learning more on how the spine moves- keeping an awareness of how the spine moves enables us to maintain a healthy, mobile body.
We will be looking into the stages of a settled mind and how we can reach into the core within the physical spine which is the Sushumna channel.
This enables a flow of prana - a life force to clear mental/karmic patterns we hold onto. This can further lead into the final sense of bliss- the sense of pure “I AM - ness”
