working with dhyana - meditation throughout the practice and when this happens; we evolve and stop leaving deposits in our mind/body that keep us tied to patterns of living such as; rushing around, negative mindset, trying to do a good job, a lack of attentiveness to others, sometimes pottering in our day with dullness and an uncontrolled wandering mind, resistance in the body. These are just some of the patterns, it doesn’t matter what they are as we feel evolvement anyway.
