When we take a lot of information that doesn’t feed our hearts, it is information that can make us depressed, bringing on negativity, it is uninspiring, making us over think, we can then go on and create drama and selfish desires.
It covers up who we truly are; dampens our spirit.
Don’t allow yourself to be inundated and “do something to open your heart”
Sit on your mat, do some practice, meditate.
In meditation, all conditioning unravels by itself, when we let this happen the heart opens by itself.
In moments of stillness we can identify with a fundament reality, a timelessness that is consciousness that sees itself.
When mind and senses are transcended, there is a fullness in the heart.
The practice of yoga comes from the desire of the formless; to know itself whilst in form.
