This week we will work with the awareness of intelligence in the prana; (life energy) within the body.
Understanding there are weaknesses within regions of the body where this prana is carrying karmic imprints that are different for each individual.
When we take charge of prana we are bringing a psychological balance and to a certain extent almost all of the physical well being too.
Otherwise we need to look at diet and our living environment.
If we can bring physical well being up to a quality where we can be in a healthy mind and not worry too much then we can live happily in our body.

Just as we look after our cars we must hold the same respect for our bodies’ and care for them as we don’t own them; we are merely using them just like we use a car. They are our vehicles.
