This week in yoga we will understand that if we feel dulled or restless in the mind, it can be changed. This relates to the yoga philosophy teachings on the understanding and experience that we are not just this body with a mind.
We will be using the Patanjali teachings to find out what sort of mind state we are in and moving onto an experience of a deeper stillness beyond the mind’s wavering nature, gaining knowledge of the Inner Self.
This not only reduces the obstacles that are disguising who we really are but also helps to move onwards from the inner battle we are in trying to manage this unpredictable mind.
This teaching will definitely help with anyone who is struggling to go off to sleep at present. We will be able to use the teachings as a short practice prior to falling asleep
