Niyama; Saucha (purification)

Teaching theme in class this week is one of the Niyamas (these are self disciplines needed for our development spiritually.)

Saucha - meaning Purity on a physical and mental level.

To achieve purity we will need to be self aware using a practice called swadhyaya - self study.

This is watching our thoughts, emotions & what we put into the body.

Asanas and pranayama can alleviate toxins as well as meditation.

Om Shanti
