Paksa and Pratipaksa - meaning taking one view and conveying the idea of the other side (view)

Tension and dullness within ourselves and in our postures relate to the imbalance within mind and consciousness on every level within every cell of our being.


By paksa and pratipaksa we can bring balance within and an inner harmony which extends into the outer expression of the posture. Weakness and dullness can be transformed to the level of intelligence and strength and the student learns compassion in action when faced with challenges in life.
