Teaching theme is around the relationship we have towards ourself and the outside world and how it affects our health and wellbeing.
It is relatable to how we control and contain the prana; the force of life within us.
If we watch how life can feel like it’s depleting the prana (life force) and burning our body up., then it will!
Although it can seem tedious but with patience and consistency we can control and expand prana within and also we are increasing health and well-being and allowing the body to repair, regenerate and perform in harmony rather than struggling through. Ref Hatha Yoga Pradipika Ch 2 v 15/16
