Teaching theme is understanding and experiencing the importance of really being alert with breath to bring about expansion of prana (lifeforce).
The method is known as - pranayama.
Not only does the body receive this life force more efficiently through the circulatory system and nervous systems but aslo makes the mind fit for realisation of soul.
Spiritually we will experience a natural movement towards self discipline and the effort becomes transformed into a natural zeal to proceed sadhana (practice)
