Recognising and keeping in mind the inner source of life - supreme and imperishable

Source of life is the same within all of nature we are a part of nature and that is including  body and mind.

Nature is made of the elements and there is this united element of consciousness that carries prana; life force within  all of nature that we cannot sense through our senses.

But because we are ruled by the senses we tend to control, resist and hold on and so then nature can’t evolve as it should.

If we allow the inner powerful source to move freely, there is a blissful experience and results do come effortlessly.

This is the same within ourselves in body and mind; when we push, control, resist there is a denseness, tightness, sluggishness and so this inner life force is struggling to move and can’t evolve. We become stuck.

We can allow this inner force to move by keeping it in mind when we work, and when performing our duties, by this way we are not being controlled by the limited senses.

This inner consciousness is the power of our mind, our work, life in the body; it has created a phenomenon of life that we can experience through the senses that we can enjoy as an individual as well as being united with what has created this life.

If we realise this then we can play with life and not be so serious about the good and bad and see it as the play of the power of life.

The ancient yogis called this “maya” an illusion  of the divine that is difficult to overcome but we can cross over.

It is supreme and imperishable.

Om Shanti
