This week we will work with the 2nd Yama which is Truthfulness.
When the sadhaka (student) speaks in truth but not to harm anyone then whatever he says comes to realisation.
How often do we say something when deep down we don’t mean it.
We need to cultivate willpower so as to be determined never to tell a lie.
All our actions bear fruit and effect the future within our lives and others.
