Looking forward to November Classes for mixed abilities
This week we are using steps to evolve in all of the postures that make up the Surya Namaskara- Sun Salutations.
Here in the videos there is an evolved practice with the Down Dog into Runners Lunge.
Each week there is a related teaching to the yoga philosophy; We will be undersatnding how a deep memory can create patterns that hold us back from evolving.
Some deep memory patterns can lead us into misalignment.
These misalignments can create deposits and stay throughout life unless recognised and removed by dhyana (meditation).
We can recognise patterns; some of them being our behaviour patterns from a deep memory of fear, ambition, laziness or having the will to live. All patterns are tied to an object; an intention.
When there are no expectations, no attachments, no intentions, there is no I AM (asmita) the memory actions are disabled and this is dhyana (meditation).
