We can physically release tight muscles with the breath, all be it temporary. Only to find that our habits and posture will incur the problems again.
Yoga teaches us that we are not just a physical body; there are layers to our existence.
To gain balance and harmony we will focus on the non physical aspect and become aware of obstacles and blockages.
When we use a different perception away from senses and logic we can detach and release them.
We are conscious beings and aware of ourselves which is an attribute to this deeper understanding of life.
