There is work to be done, selflessly

We can get caught up believing that yoga is just for our personal benefit.

The path is a selfless action, detaching from material desires, releasing that part of  mind conditioned to think it’s needing to have objects so as to believe that “I have x, y and z so therefore I am here and feeling alive.”

When we experience beyond these desires and labels, we become more alive with fullness and free flowing prana- life force that flows within all parts of our being.

We not only feel more alive and present, we experience a sense of unity to all of nature as we are less entrapped by the conditioned mind and at one with all  when mind is stilled. This is pure consciousness.

The feeling of being entrapped in body dissolves and there is no longer the feeling of being separate but a sense of freedom, feeling oneness with self and all.

This action is to allow human nature to evolve.

Om Shanti
