Hatha Yoga is not a form of exercise to gain strength and flexibility but a system to arrange the vital life force within body and mind to evolve.
We are just like nature and are able to evolve in many ways to help in seeing beyond the individual mind and detaching from the feeling of being separate.
This week we will understand and experience Vyana Vayu ~ life force pervades outwards integrating all of the currents of life within helping with coordination, mobility and evolving spiritually.
