We are seers of truth.

Everything arises and disappears through sense perception. If we can tolerate this impermanence and remain steady through happiness and distress then we are eligible for liberation.

We are seers of truth when we study what is impermanent; the material aspect of life and what is permanent; the pure essence of life; consciousness which animates through everything.

This week we will remain steady within the uncomfortableness in the body and mind and focus on the inner stillness beyond body and mind. A sense of liberation is felt when we can tolerate disturbances and yet stay with full focus detaching and experiencing the permanent aspect of consciousness that never changes.

Quote: Ch 2, V17, “That which pervades the entire body, you should know to be indestructible. No one is able to destroy that imperishable reality”

Ref Bhagavad Gita ch 2v 14, 15,16
