What is the mystery of life?
Why are we here?
We look outside of ourselves for the answer to find temporary happiness which brings anxiety in trying to repeat again and fear of losing what we have gained and then there’s the changing nature of life and this is out of our control.
When in meditation, there is another dimension of seeing ourselves beyond the outer attachments, this is being present in consciousness and it is absolute love, that is not dependent on anything or anybody else.
It is peace, joy, spaciousness within body and mind.
When we meditate without a goal without ambition with an open heart, we feel so good because we are with conscious presence.
We can realise we are just conscious of life’s changes and not identifying with them.
In understanding this fundamental reality we do not take on the burdens of life in body and mind.
