In meditation that there is a semi dream-like state called laya, which feels good when there is a quantum shift from normal understanding.
It is a relaxing state which is a non-sensory state of being however we are not in meditation as this is an obstruction.
Even though sleep is as important as meditation when on a spiritual path, meditation is 10 times better than sleep and more inspiring!
Morning meditation is as importantz as breakfast and it is a fundamental practice to help us withstand the negativity surrounding us in life.
We must definitely meditate when we are not feeling good!
It helps for us to remain stable, not insensitive but become caring and compassionate and not to take everything to heart.
What we are is beyond all this drama. we can't intellectualise what this is but we can tune into what we are.
In moments of stillness we can identify with it.
When we identify with the I AWARENESS we move out of our small identification, out of our mind and body and personailty.
The I AWARENESS is the cosmic consciousness and it can be likened to a hologram as it contains the whole.
