We will practicing in class around the theme of the Winter Solstice and this is all about grounding, letting go what is no longer needed and bringing in more fluidity and movement as the days bring more light towards Spring time.
We will focus on the hips, thighs, lower back, associated with Swadhisthana chakra - moving away from being stuck into creative movement more mobility, exploring what we need to do.
