Working on the spine

Studies show that people who work on themselves; on their structure - move better with age, less aches and pains.


It is known that the quality of the soil; that being the cells & tissues of body are important. The blood, lymph and nerve supply of each cell are a replica of each person - it eats, drinks, grows, throws off waste and multiplies.


Working on relieving strained and tired backs (spine), is known to aid recovery to disease.


Health is normally self regulating; automatic.


When we remove obstacles within the body, particularly the spine the nerve supply and fluid flow increase bringing healthy cell activity.


This week we will focus on proper breathing and the yogis found that the life force, prana moves more freely when breath is under control.

Prana is within everything it is life.


This changes the structure of body and mind.
