Working with peace and equanimity

Bjujangasana - serpent pose

Using deep inner back muscles to lengthen, extend and bend backwards.

We will be opening the mind’s awareness into realising when we work with peace and equanimity to ourselves we see deeper inwards how we overuse the body to master postures.

Not only are we kinder to our body, we can also experience this kindness outward to others and see we are all equal.

We will finish realising and releasing some inner patterns we have from holding onto fear and open into love and compassion to ourselves and others.

From this perspective working with love and personal devotion in spiritual development we can “merge body, mind and intelligence in the ocean of the Self” (path of Bhakti) ref Gita Ch 12

Om Shanti
