I am inserting this piece of knowledge that we read from the Yoga Philosophy to reinforce that yoga is NOT an exercise class and we should understand that it is movement and postures to release the part of the mind that we hold onto as our self identification which can lead into physical tensions and illness.
Everyone who is WILLING to allow the yoga teachings to help with releasing can benefit not only in health and well-being physically and mentally but gain a realisation that all there is underlying the physical is consciousness and that is what brings ultimate freedom all levels.
(This week there will be a new teaching theme for Thursday‘s class )
